Below, you will find an infographic that contains the steps to heal. It's just like anything else. There is a process. The process has steps. Break it down even further and the steps have tasks. If a person completes the tasks, then they will realize a better-than-normal chance of healing.


When we are sick, a good number of us think something like, "I am in a deep dark hole and there is no way out. Since the medication isn't working, I have no hope. Why was I chosen to be sick?"


Step 3 Can Lead to Miracles

In the infographic below, you will see 16 steps to healing. Every step is important but the most important step, by far, is Step #3 "The Epiphany." Without this step, self-healing can't occur. This step will divide your life into 2 parts...


  • Life Before - Everything before this point will become your old self - A different person.

  • Life After - Everything after this point will become the new you - The Born Again You!


Once you have the realization that the power to heal your body is within you, and you truly believe, life will never be the same again. It will be as if you are a brand new person, quite literally. You will see things that you never noticed before. Music will sound different. Food will taste different. Every aspect of life will become new and beautiful.

Becoming a Healed Meditator is Simple


Before we start on the process of healing, please understand that I didn't say it was easy. It's simple. The process of healing will, most likely, be the hardest thing you ever start because you have to become a brand new person. Some call this being born again.


Even in the Bible, Jesus spoke about this. His friend, Nicodemus. asked why no one could perform miracles. Jesus said, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.”


Some see this as accepting Jesus as their savior. Others see it as a spiritual awakening. Yet others just see the newness of the person they become when they realize that the power to heal is already within them. This realization, or epiphany, separates our life before (sickness) and the life we lead after (healed).


The process is straightforward and should work for most people, to some extent. It all comes down to how much you believe and the thoughts you tell yourself. The ancient philosopher, Buddha, said, "Words have the power to both destroy and heal. When words are both true and kind, they can change our world." Even in the old Bhagavad Gita, it says, “Man is made by his belief. As he believes, so he is” Are you starting to see a pattern here?


Let's take it a step further and remove any religious quotes. Take a look at the Placebo Effect which is a beneficial effect produced by a sham drug or treatment, that has no medicine, and must therefore be due to the patient's belief in that treatment.


Belief is the Power

To make a long story short, to become a healed meditator is to realize that you have the power to heal your own mind and body by visualizing and feeling the emotions of whatever you want, in the present moment, as if it has already happened. It's done.

The Process of Healing


  • Sickness - You are sick. Maybe you have a pain in your side or maybe you have terminal cancer. The 'what' doesn't matter. All that matters is that you are not well. The word, 'DISEASE' means dis-ease: You are not at ease. Sickness can be physical. It can also be mental, emotional, or spiritual. There are many different forms of sickness.


Big Pharma Side Effects

  • Sadness - You begin to identify with the sickness and act as if it's a separate personality that lives with you. It becomes who you are; your personality. You start to feel weirdly incomplete without it, even though you would give everything to have it gone.

  • Epiphany - One day, you come across something that throws a wrench in your sad plans for the day. For some, it's a random YouTube video. For others, it's a book, something a friend says, or just a simple thought, "What if I could somehow heal this disease?"

  • Anger - As you set out to heal, you give yourself a timeline of a month. "I will be healed in one month by going to this specific energy healing practitioner and doing this specific healing methodology!"

Don't Quit! Keep Going!


  • Submission - Finally, after you have allowed all of those angry emotions to pass, you are sitting quietly one night and you have had enough. You just say, "OK God, I give up. If you want me dead, kill me. If you want me alive, heal me. I don't care anymore. I have tried it my way so now I give it to you."

  • Synchronicities - One day you meditate and focus on how beautiful life is. You notice how perfect creation is. You start to have an understanding that if you love yourself, more love will come to you. When you meditate, you try giving thanks for the life that you want, as if it has already happened and the universe starts bringing things to you.

  • Faith - The more you seem to submit to the healing power that is inside of you, the more synchronicities happen. This brings about ever-increasing levels of faith that you didn't know you had. You start believing more and more each day. For years to come, your faith will grow so strong that you are not afraid to set out on an adventure into the unknown. You just do it and have faith that everything will be ok.

  • Healing - Once you submit, turn that frown upside down, and have faith in the now, your healing begins. I mean, it's already been happening but it's super noticeable now. You start to see that the skin condition is less red than last week. Maybe you feel slightly less nauseated today than yesterday. Small changes start to happen and this makes you even more grateful. Your smile is coming back.

  • Joyful - Life seems wonderful now. Even though you still have pain, you are not concerned with it anymore and you don't give in to the temptations of negativity. There are so many things you enjoy about life now that keep your thoughts in the clouds. Smiling for no reason seems to be normal for you.


  • Excited - Oh wow! All those inner negative thoughts are ceasing to exist now! You have such a lust for life that you find it hard to even think of the negative. You really have to try to be negative because since rewiring your brain, negativity doesn't come naturally anymore.

  • A Giver - When you heal, you will look for opportunities to give back. Now that you are changed, you want to help others see and experience what you have. You want nothing less than the entire world to come together and create heaven on Earth.





  • A Free Spirit - There is a reason why the spiritual community may seem a bit weird or 'out there'. It's because we are! We no longer have to define ourselves by the small niches that the majority of humans abide by. We can be anyone we want to be!





  • A Helper - You experience the death of the ego more and more each day. Instead of speeding up to keep that other driver from getting in front of you, you ease off the gas instead. You think back to the times when you got stuck in the left lane and had to get over so you sympathize with them instead of thinking they are doing it on purpose.

  • A Doer - You will start to notice others are investing in you, giving to you, and helping you so you are eager to return the favor. You are already giving but now, you start doing. You start to develop a mission in your mind to do something in a big GIGANTIC way to make a positive impact on others.


  • A Healer - By this point, you are now healed or very deep into your healing journey. You start to have a longing to heal others. You know that you have the power to heal others inside of you so you search for ways to use this gift.


  • A Life Changer - You are now a brand new person. If you take a look back to the person who you were when you identified as a sick person, there is no resemblance. That person has nothing to do with the YOU of today.


What do you want?


Do you want to heal? Have you already started healing? Do you want to heal others? Are you currently healing others? Do you want a new life? Do you want to start over? Do you want to have new experiences? What is it that you really want in this life? It all starts with answering this question for yourself. What do you want?
